How to Catch Lesson #3 – BLOCKING // Practice the three stances: 1. Sign-Giving, 2. Comfort; and, 3. Blocking/Throwing. Then move into blocking fundamentals.

How to Catch Lesson #1 – THROWING // Primarily conducted through standing catch play, focus first on grip (4-seam) and target (head). Add receiving rules (hot spot / elbow below glove), transition (catch center / glove stays), and footwork (R/L/Throw becomes ‘surround’).
