Combines four actions into one drill: Long toss, ground ball, quick catch, fly ball football pattern.

Warm Up or Conditioning drill. Athletes start behind a line or cone, sprint to first cone, change-direction and return… sprint to second cone, change-direction and return. Continue as appropriate, touching the ground or cone at each step.
