Quick defense drill, athletic movement of an infielder catching and getting rid of the ball. But this movement is used all over the field. Emphasis of this drill is the feet first.
Early baserunning drill working athleticism. 4-6 sprints to finish the Warm Up utilizing some sort of change of direction. Ex: Start white cone (middle). Sprint back to red cone (begin), change direction, and run through blue cone (far).
