Change of Direction

Early baserunning drill working athleticism. 4-6 sprints to finish the Warm Up utilizing some sort of change of direction. Ex: Start white cone (middle). Sprint back to red cone (begin), change direction, and run through blue cone (far).

Breaks

No-lead steal breaks. Teach athleticism, introduce concept of stealing, practice leaving when ball crosses home plate.
